What time does it take for the delivery?
- We attempt our level best to process your order within 2-5 working days from the day it is placed. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same. Once the order is shipped it normally takes 1-3 working days for delivery in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take few extra days. For certain remote locations the time for delivery may even go beyond 5 days. Products above 5 Kg might take up-to 15 days for delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any delay caused by unpredicted time lags by courier businesses in sending the lots to customers, or if the customer is not available at time of delivery.
Can I have my gear delivered on a particular day on particular time?
- Our courier partners does not take pickup date demands. Upon getting the return request, we confirm that pickup is set at the most primitive. We do not have express-delivery variance. ‘Cash on Delivery’ option is unavailable.
What is my shipping cost?
- We charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.50. However, for some odd shaped or heavy products or some certain remote geographies, we might add a nominal delivery charge to decrease our price of logistics.

- Shoot a video at instance, if you find the product broken or packaging tampered.

- Appeal should be made within 2 days of receipt of the product. Return Requests recorded after 2 days of delivery may not be entertained.
- Request made would be approved only after checking with the concerned Brand and the same would be communicated to you over email/call.
- Ensure that product is in unused and original condition.
- Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- Pack the item safely to safeguard against damage in transit.
- Mention all your details on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
- Note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.
- Re-delivery of the product is subject to availability of stock. Rest assure, in such case, you will get your full amount, and it will be communicated to you on email/call within 48 hours of receipt of package.
- If the product is returned due to size, colour or personal choice, then you will self-ship the order to our registered address.
- We’re sorry if in case delivery take more than 15 days for the product to reach you. If you wish to return your purchase, please do not open the seal. You can send it back as per our Easy Return Policy as long as it is not used.
